1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to orders placed on this website for the VIALYX™ Peptide Fridge. By completing an order you accept them.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund the payment in full.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in your selected currency and converted from our base price. The amount charged by the payment provider is the amount shown on the payment page at the moment you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is processed on a secure hosted payment page by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide and orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your destination. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns and warranty

Returns within 14 days of delivery and the 2 year warranty are described in full in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intended use and limitations

VIALYX™ is a consumer refrigeration product. It is not a medical device, not a pharmacy-grade appliance, and it does not treat, prevent, diagnose or cure any condition. Nothing on this website is medical, pharmaceutical or legal advice.

You are responsible for following the storage instructions supplied with your own products, and for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow that limitation. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the product outside the instructions supplied with it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
