Choose size, quantity and plug type in the purchase section. The total updates as you choose, and your cart stays on your own device if you leave and come back.
2. Pay on a secure checkout page
Enter your contact and delivery details, then continue to our payment provider's secure page to pay by card. Card details are never handled or stored by this site.
3. Confirmation and dispatch
You receive an order confirmation immediately. Orders are dispatched within two business days with a tracking reference sent by email.
4. After it arrives
14 days to return the unit in its original condition for a full refund, plus a 2 year warranty, with both sets of terms published in full.
Payment is processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout page.

What happens once you have paid
Order confirmation
As soon as payment is approved you land on an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Dispatch within two business days
Orders leave within two business days of payment. Your tracking reference is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.
Tracked delivery
Shipping is free worldwide and tracked door to door. Import duties or taxes charged by your own country are the recipient's responsibility.
If something is wrong
Contact us and we deal with it directly: 14 days to return the unit in its original condition for a full refund, plus a 2 year warranty.
